Mafia Tower Defense(이하 "게임") 이용에 관한 약관입니다. 게임을 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

01 서비스

마피아카페(이하 "운영자")는 모바일 타워디펜스 게임과 부수 기능(협동 매칭·인앱 구매·랭킹 등)을 제공합니다. 서비스는 사전 고지 후 변경될 수 있습니다.

02 이용 허락

운영자는 이용자에게 게임을 개인적·비상업적으로 이용할 양도 불가·비독점적 권리를 부여합니다. 게임과 콘텐츠(코드·아트·사운드·상표)의 저작권은 운영자에게 있습니다.

03 금지 행위

치트·핵·봇·매크로 등 부정 개입
리버스 엔지니어링·무단 수정·2차 배포
서버·이용자에 대한 공격·과부하
사칭, 부정 재화 취득·현금 거래(RMT), 상대 방해·괴롭힘

위반 시 이용 제한·데이터 삭제 등 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

04 인앱 구매 및 가상 재화

결제·환불은 스토어(App Store / Google Play) 정책을 따릅니다.
가상 재화·확률형 아이템은 게임 내에서만 쓰이며 실제 화폐 가치가 없고 법령상 예외를 제외하고 환불·양도되지 않습니다.
확률형 아이템 확률은 게임 내 공시합니다. 파는 것은 파워가 아닌 확률·외형입니다.

05 이용자 콘텐츠·통신

협동 채팅 등에서 불법·유해·타인 권리 침해 내용을 전송해서는 안 되며, 운영자는 신고·모니터링에 따라 조치할 수 있습니다.

06 서비스 변경·중단

운영자는 게임의 전부·일부를 변경·중단할 수 있고 중대한 변경은 사전 고지합니다. 무료 서비스의 변경·중단에 대해 법령상 예외를 제외하고 책임지지 않습니다.

07 보증의 부인 · 책임의 제한

게임은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 무중단·무오류를 보증하지 않습니다. 운영자 책임은 법령상 최대 범위로 제한되며, 고의·중과실이 없는 한 간접·부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.

08 준거법 및 분쟁

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

09 약관 변경

변경 시 시행일·내용을 앱 또는 본 페이지에 고지합니다. 변경 후 계속 이용하면 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mafia Tower Defense (the "Game"). By using the Game you agree to them.

01 The Service

Mafia Cafe (the "Operator") provides a mobile tower-defense game and related features (co-op matchmaking, in-app purchases, rankings, etc.). The service may change with prior notice.

02 License

The Operator grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Game and its content (code, art, sound, trademarks) are owned by the Operator.

03 Prohibited Conduct

Cheating, hacking, bots, or macros
Reverse engineering, unauthorized modification, or redistribution
Attacks on or overloading of the server or other players
Impersonation, illicit currency gain, real-money trading (RMT), or harassing partners

Violations may result in usage restrictions, data deletion, or other measures.

04 In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Payments and refunds follow the policies of your store (App Store / Google Play).
Virtual items and probability-based items are used only within the Game, have no real-world monetary value, and are non-refundable/non-transferable except as required by law.
Odds of probability items are disclosed in-game. We sell odds and cosmetics, not power.

05 User Content & Communication

You must not transmit unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing content via co-op chat or other communication; the Operator may act on reports or monitoring.

06 Changes & Discontinuation

The Operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Game, giving prior notice of material changes. Except as required by law, the Operator is not liable for changes to or discontinuation of a free service.

07 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the Operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law; absent willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

08 Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under applicable law.

09 Changes to Terms

We post the effective date and content of any changes via the app or this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
